I have built hundreds of websites in WordPress (this blog included), Joomla! and Drupal. For a feature rich, quickly deployable (i.e. it doesn't take a year to build) and extremely powerful website, Joomla! is a great option - and hopefully now its a little easier to wrap your head around.
