Joomla 3 End of Life Extended - For a Fee

Joomla 3 End of Life (EOL) was scheduled for August 17, 2023.  Wisely, the project decided to extend that to January 2025 due to the shear number of Joomla 3 sites that have not yet migrated.

But there's a "gotcha" with the Joomla project extension.  Unlike Drupal, you will need to enroll in a special "ELTS" (Extended Long Term Support) subscription for around $100 USD.  Watch for the details.
